Our Golf Course

Experience for yourself one of the most enjoyable, yet challenging, golf courses in Australia. Our course is set in the picturesque Kangaroo Valley and is one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Southern Highlands.

Join club members in a great game of golf and experience the pleasure of country life. There is a mixed competition every Saturday for members and their guests. If there are 6 or more ladies and 6 or more men there are separate competitions and if the numbers allow there is also a mixed competition on Wednesday mornings.

Originally designed by Jack Newton, the course has been extended to provide the discerning golfer with 18 holes of enjoyment on our Championship 71 par course. Although not long at 5775 metres from the back markers, the course is quite testing for even the best golfers with undulating fairways, testing greens and dams coming into play on quite a few holes. Golfers at all levels are catered for with 4 different sets of tees allowing you to play from the tees that you are comfortable with and which suit your ability.

The beauty of the area can prove a distraction particularly in the late afternoon with the sun’s setting glow on the surrounding escarpments, a spectacular finish to the day.

The Pro Shop

Kangaroo Valley Golf Resort has a fully stocked Golf Shop, for all your golfing needs.

In addition, we have a variety of Kangaroo Valley Golf Resort logo merchandise including caps and shirts.

Competition Rates

The Golf Club holds regular competitions on Saturdays. If you wish to enter these competitions, you are required to pay an additional $10.00 competition fee.

Twilight Golf Special

From $20.00 per person

Join us in the late afternoon from $20.00 per person for 9 holes and $30.00 per person for 18 holes. Play a round in the magnificent valley with the sun setting behind the escarpment.

4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Starting from 1st December through to the end of February.

Conditions:

Does not include cart hire. Walking only.

Twilight Golf Special

From $20.00 per person

Golfers Day Package

$225.00 covers 4 players for the price of 3.
Includes: 1 round of 18 holes of golf with motorised carts.
Valid: Tuesday through Thursday.
The package can not be split. It must be paid in full..

Conditions:

Groups must consist of 4 players, 8 players, 12 players, 16 players etc

Stayed for 2 nights this week. We don’t play golf but loved the peace and quiet there. Sunrise was spectacular from our cabin looking over the valley, loved watching the kangaroos emerging in the morning, had to dodge a few wombats in the night in the car, but loved seeing them roaming around. Cabin was very comfy and homey, my style, only one thing grated on my nerves, cushions on outside chairs had African animals and motifs, why not Aussie animals or fauna, this place is a little Australian paradise, promote that more 😁

Our villa overlooked a cut through in the golf course which gave us amazing views from our balcony. The rooms were clean and presentable. I would recommend this place for a peaceful getaway, even if you're not a golf pro!

A good challenging course. Virtually had the whole course to myself. However, next time would take a buggy. As if you want to get your steps up and love walking up hill. This course is for you. I loved the scenery around the course and with some areas needing some work. This course is quite good to play at.

Got to play 18 holes here on a beautiful day in the valley and this course if fun, challenging and one of the most picturesque I have seen! You will enjoy playing a round here, plenty of hills, dips, water, and interesting greens. Some nice long par 5's and even the par 3's are not the shortest. A very enjoyable outing here indeed!
